These Terms of Use govern your use of the ScanMind Pro mobile application and related services. By downloading or using the application, you agree to these Terms.
Some features of ScanMind Pro require an active subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
All payments are processed through Apple App Store In-App Purchases. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Free trial availability may vary and is offered only to eligible users. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ScanMind Pro for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

All rights, title and interest in the application, including software, branding, design and content, remain the property of ScanMind Pro and its licensors.
The application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScanMind Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the application.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the application if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
